What happens when the site has poor signal?
The trailer keeps recording and detecting on its own. Alerts and saved evidence sync when the connection returns. Live view needs a connection, as any live video does.
Who can see what?
Five role tiers, from Viewer to Super Admin, plus access grants by company, site or individual trailer. A Viewer can watch but cannot move a camera or manage alerts.
Can we build our monitoring procedures into it?
Yes. The SOP builder holds each site’s contacts, law-enforcement details, escalation rules, templates and acknowledgments, and prints to PDF for the monitoring desk.
Can we use our own sign-in?
Yes. Company single sign-on lets your team use their corporate accounts, so offboarding is instant.

How long is footage kept?
30 days of full-resolution footage on the trailer, rolling over as it goes, with the option to expand and upgrade retention. Anything you save, trim, capture or write up is kept in the cloud evidence record and outlives the trailer.
